A valid Louisiana driver’s license is required for all rentals.

Reservations for equipment should be made in advance to insure availability and guarantee you the best possible service.

Rates on all equipment are based on TIME OUT, not TIME USED. Linens must be ordered at least 5 days before customer pick-up/delivery. Cancellation of any linen order must be at least 5 days before customer pick-up/delivery or will result in customer being charged full amount of linen rental. Unused linens will not be credited to your account. Rental equipment that is returned after the contract due date and time may be assessed a late charge. Special long-term or monthly rates are available upon request.

A valid credit card # is required to make a reservation. It will be kept on file in lieu of a monetary deposit, until equipment is returned, inspected and found to be in good condition.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled “time and date out” may result in a cancellation fee up to ½ of the total contract amount and may be charged to the credit card # on file. Cases of severe inclement weather may be an exception, and will be dealt with per occurrence. “No-shows” will also result in the cancellation fee mentioned above.

Payment should be made upon receipt of equipment or in advance of delivery (unless approved in advance for credit terms). Our driver cannot unload without a signed contract and payment in full. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. You or your representative must be on site to sign for equipment. There will be a $20.00 fee added to contract amount for any NSF or returned checks.

All tent pricing is subject to site inspection. Special circumstances, access difficulties or potential problems securing tents can all incur an additional charge.

Delivery charges are based upon first floor and front door drop-off and will vary depending on city items are being delivered to. Second floor deliveries, accessibility problems and excessive or stand-by time involved may result in additional charges. Special requests, after hours, Sunday and holiday deliveries will require a “special arrangements” fee in addition to the delivery charge. We do our very best to accommodate our customers. However, please consider delivery times an estimate only & allow a small window to account for circumstances beyond our control.

Set-up and tear-down are available at an additional charge, and must be scheduled prior to delivery. To avoid additional charges, all equipment must be ready for pick-up --- tables/chairs must be folded and left under cover, dishes/glassware must be rinsed & put back into racks, etc. Mandatory set-up/tear-down is required on some items.

All chafing dishes, dinnerware, china, flatware and glassware must be rinsed free of debris to avoid an additional cleaning charge. AND Tents must be paid in full two weeks prior to DELIVERY DATE in the months of April, May, June, and October due to high demand. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please inspect and count all equipment upon receipt. We cannot resolve any problems you have with your equipment or issue you a credit unless we are notified immediately. If equipment does not function properly, notify us within 30 minutes of occurrence or no refund or allowance will be made.
